Sources – specifically the prop master for NCIS by way of Dennis – are telling me that the Dragon Leatherworks lunchbox custom fabricated for Abby Sciuto will be receiving “a very sweet amount of screen time, and the episode airs April 17th, 2012 (Tuesday) at 8PM Eastern / 7PM Central”. I will be setting up my TiVo to record it as soon as it gets in the window, much though I will be lacking… any backstory.
Now if only Dennis had not forgotten to put his logo somewhere on it…

“much though I will be lacking… any backstory.”
Gibbs – Hardass.
Dinozzo – Buffoon.
Ziva – Xena.
McGee – Nerd/Geek.
Abby – Nerd/Geek b/w boobs.
Ducky – (albino)Magic Negro.
Leon Vance – Teh Man!!11
There, you’re all set.
Do note, I write this as someone who finds this the only mainstream show TV that generally doesn’t *instantly* make him hunt down and destroy tele-video device.

NCIS is written by the same guy who wrote Magnum PI and Airwolf. You don’t need to know plot, or backstory, as they are filled with continuity errors and Deus Ex Machina.
That being said, the Dialogue is Joss Whedon good.
Oh and if you’ve ever worked in a biological or chemical lab, watch for shitty lab safety, its as bad as most shows are with gun handling.
The gun handling (and lore) is poor, but overall above average.
Watched the former, but not the latter, sadly…
I guess I never really watched NCIS because its stupidity hit a little close to home – I knew people who actually worked for the real-world version, and, yeah, there is nothing to compare at all. Just seemed too much like yet another Law and Order / CSI coat-tail-riding exploitation series, but, hey, that seems to be the going thing these days, given it is on its tenth season.
[...] as I might have mentioned before, Dragon Leatherworks produced that fine piece of leather craftsmanship… but here [...]
