That DA may have single-handedly screwed any chance this family has of getting retribution for their father/husband being murdered by the state. One wonders how he sleeps with himself at night. But, like I said, if this case does not move forward, it will perfectly demonstrate how broken our country well and truly is... And how hopeless operating inside the system will probably prove to be, when the State can murder you - almost by <em>accident</em> - without danger of consequences.
