The lady who was arrested on felony sexual assault charges after doing to a TSA agent the exact same thing the TSA agent was about to do to her has been released, and the felony charges have been dropped.
She still faces undisclosed misdemeanor charges (probably simple assault, which is what you can be charged with if you literally brush up against someone).

Maybe the prosecutor realized how hard it would be to get a jury to convict – and if I were her, I would insist on a jury trial, for exactly that reason.
