This is too funny. I hate loading the damned things, and I have yet to get any load bearing gear to fit 25 round double-stack .45ACP magazines, but I bought three more just because I can. Also got three 30 round 9mm units to compliment my G19 and perhaps convincing me to buy the next Kel-Tec sub2000 that I run across.

GLOCK TO HIRE GUN CONTROL LOBBYIST TO BOOST SALES
“Next year we’re unveiling the real Glock Model 7- made entirely from ceramic- then immediately lobbying for a ban of the gun. This combination has worked wonders for our bottom line in the past and seems to be a very viable business model. We think the model 7 will sell incredibly well, despite its price tag that totals more than what you or I see in a month.”
Hmm. I know the Congrescritters won’t wait, but I have been waiting for Springfield, or perhaps more accurately HM Metal of Croatia, to introduce a version of their XD pistol in 9mm with the same manual safety setup as is available as an option on the XD in .45.
Mec-Gar makes flush-fitting 18-round mags for the XD in 9mm and Pearce Grip makes small, thin +2 extensions that supposedly fit them. Twenty rounds of 9mm is a nice round number, I think.
I already have an XD45 with the thumb safety, I want an XD9 with thumb safety to keep it company in the safe. It’d be more fun than a barrel of monkeys, at the range. And while my tastes run to calibers beginning with a “4″ for serious work, I think you could do a lot worse than a design with twenty rounds of well-designed 9mm hollowpoints and an additional twenty just a reload away.

Wooo!
I went out and got a few PMags when she announced her bill.
She should get the Glock Salesperson Of The Year award.
*clap* *clap* *clap*
I am officially jealous.
Nice! Do they make anything like that for the XD?
Throughout human history, any time anyone has spoken of attempting to regulate something, interest in the “something” has increased.
You would think the anti-rights cultists would learn from history, but that would first require them to be able to learn…
Nice. I like it!
LOL, I did the same thing and I haven’t owned a Glock in years!

She’s a fine salesperson!

Got a couple of those 33rd 9′s for my Sub2000. Loading isn’t so bad with an Uplula. Heck, that applies to various double stacks. I love that thing.
That’s two .40 mags and one 9mm. I don’t even own a Glock 9mm. I got them from Botach Tactical.
I wanted to get two 9mm mags, but shipping was $12 so that meant I had to drop one from my order.
Also, they seem to be a little wider than spec (they aren’t factory mags). So it takes a little effort to get them in, and they do not drop free.
So you did go through with it.
I still need to send her a thank you note for making up my mind to buy the XDm with a standard sized 19 round magazine.

My money is on the company that markets 11 (not more, not less) round magaz… er CLIPS for every make of gun.
