@ alan: Sadly, not safely/responsibly – those trees are on the downward slope to a relatively-well populated farming valley, and there are a fair number of houses within the flight range of even a .22. Do I think a bullet would make it through all those trees? Probably not. Still not worth it.
@ Bob S.: This is, amazingly enough, the third snowfall we have had so far this winter… and this one is shaping up to be a doozie. The previous two have brought copious amounts of ice, and this one probably will as well.
