Hm. Could be worse. Could be better. Hard to say, since we are comparing motorcycle repairs to home renovations. But a lot of the same things that AD said about C&M might apply in our case too.

Be careful what you say about them. I suggest saying (and in particular, writing) ONLY what you can document to be true, because stating ONLY the demonstrable TRUTH is, usually, an affirmative defense against against a complaint about libel.

No worries – it is true that we would strongly recommend against anyone contracting with their firm in the future. It is also true that I would not trust that firm’s employees in my house, and I would not trust them to remodel so much as a birdhouse in the future.
Much else would probably not be worth the trouble.
