Things that suck

and have happened to me today:

• Further delays in getting the keys to the house that you already paid for 2 weeks ago
• Discovering that your EOTech 552 (mounted to the rifle that doesn’t have BUIS) doesn’t work
• Discovering that the batteries in said optic went all splody
• Discovering that the backup batteries stored in the VFG have also died
• Realizing that now you have to take said rifle to rezero, but not having time to do so for months
• Trying to relax by watching a movie, only to discover that your media server stopped recognizing its hard drives sometime in the last 2 days.
• Not getting the 2-4 inches of snow you were promised and living in an area where any snow at all is a pretty big event.

I think I just need to get a beer and stop trying to do anything else productive today.
