programming change

It probably took more time and effort than it was worth, but my blogroll is now nothing more than an HTML list on my webpage, rather than the BlogRolling monstrosity it used to be. What does this mean to you? Well, the good news is that all of those links actually go straight to your webpages now, rather than through some advertisement-laden frame, and they migth actually count on search engine rankings and such like that. The bad news is that recently-updated weblogs will no longer be listed in italics (a BlogRolling function that only actually worked about 25% of the time), and I might have goofed some of the transcriptions – please check your links and ensure they go the right places.
Additionally, I will be cleaning up my blogroll this weekend – barring certain exceptions I will make on a case-by-case basis, if you have not posted at your weblog in the past six months, I am probably going to delink you. Likewise, if, for some reason, you link to my particular webpage, and I have not reciprocated, feel free to leave a comment or drop me an email, and I will probably set up a reciprocal link. Everyone could use a little more traffic.
