It doesn’t take all that much space for reloading, and it doesn’t have to be permanently mounted. I’ve had my press mounted to a board that I clamped to a counter top, I’ve also used a folding Workmate stand. Both worked fine.
The space to work is less of a concern than the space to store – Better Half and I are living in a 800sqft apartment, and the storage situation is getting a little whacky as is. Throw in some combustable materials that will require specific storage to keep my over-engineering arse happy, and that might just be that
