Remember back when the American politicians said the unemployment situation was going to get bad if they did nothing, then they did something – anything – and the unemployment situation got even worse?
Remember when that trend of unemployment increasing faster than if the government had done nothing?
Remember when President Barack Hussein Obama lied about the rate of job loss?
Remember when the unemployment numbers were being spun until they puked in order to give a “better” picture on the situation?
Remember when the news about how the “jobs created” were nothing more than lies first broke?
Well, take a look at the chart to the right, kindly provided by the Heritage Foundation. The unemployment situation is still worse than the government projected it would have been if that government had done nothing almost a year ago, and it is 25% worse than the government had projected it would be after those laws we so “desperately” needed were passed.
And yet certain people keep adamantly demanding that the government “do something!” Yeah. Because that seems to be working out so well.
