Coincidentally, Better Half and I were joking that it would not be hard to … “move” … a SMART car, if you were so inclined. An average pickup truck should be more than capable, and ramps are not hard to come by…
Me and my boss were driving to work one day in a RAM 2500 when we saw a SMART Car go down the road. We looked at each other and thought the same thing. “We could totally get out, pick that up, and put it in the back of the truck.”

The first time I saw a SMART car, it was in a turn lane with a Dodge Ram right behind it. For a split instant, I wondered what weird kind of hood ornament it was…
Ok, that comment just gave me a wonderful mental image of a SMART car being used like those cute little red-car things at grocery stores that people can put their kids in… only by a pickup truck.
Yeah, it would never work… but it sure looks like it might.
