Date set for Restaurant Carry Lawsuit

WSMV in Nashville is reporting that one of the lawyers for Randy Rayburn posted on his blog that November 6th is the day.
The lawyer, Will Cheek, also happens to be on the Executive Committee for the Tennessee Democrat Party and used to be party chair. Oh, and he was a superdelegate for Obama.
I can’t seem to find his personal blog that they talk about, though. Any help would be appreciated.
