A few days ago, an individual at a “town hall” meeting in Houston identified herself as a “general practicioner” before she proceeded to ask Representative Lee questions concerning the upcoming “universal health care” bill, and specifically regarding preventative care concerns. Later, in an interview with the Houston Chron, the individual in question said, “I don’t know what there is in the bill that creates such panic.”
All good and well, right? Doctors are certainly one of the professions who would want to know the most about the upcoming bill, and her concerns, being a doctor and all, might carry more weight than us common folks, right?
Well, that might be true, if the individual in queastion was a doctor. In point of fact, Roxana Mayer is not a doctor, despite identifying herself as one at the town hall meeting, and despite having the audacity to sit through a public recognition of her “work” as a “doctor”.
Worse, she was/is actually a delegate for then-Senator/now-President Barack Hussein Obama.
Even worse still, she is actually something of a dismissive, snippy twit when being called out over her blatant lying and misrepresentation.
Likewise, a few days ago, enough people showed up at the public meeting President Barack Hussein Obama held in New Hampshire concerning ObamaCare that many hundreds of other interested individuals had to wait outside the building. No big deal there, right – after all, this topic is creating a controversy across the country, and people are bound to be interested.
Especially when those people are bussed in to provide support for our Glorious Leader.
And to cap it all off, remember how all of us conservative-ish types are “astroturfing” the town-hall meetings, and none of us are “grassroots” or “spontaneous” or whatever, but of course the liberals who show up are obviously “grassroots”?
Yeah, that is because “grassroots” is in their job titles. All together now – what does it mean when you are hired to do a “grassroots campaign”?
Anyone?
Oh right…
I am not sure which is more disgusting – that people would actually do these kinds of things, or that they honestly think it will work…
