Some news outlets are saying that arguments started today at 11am. Others are saying they’re asking for a hearing today. When they had their first hearing, Chancellor Bonnyman told them to be back in 90 days.
The Tennessean is saying that Randy Rayburn et al have changed their arguments again and said that Restaurant Carry violates OSHA.
Not sure what’s going on today, but it looks like they’re going to try to bring up Ben Goeser. That won’t end well for them.









Talk about grasping for straws… I guess, considering the idiotic things Randy has been saying of late (on which I will be commenting later), he really has no face left to lose.
What their argument is going to boil down to is that restaurants were perfectly safe on July 13, and became hazardous on July 14.
Hm. If only we had years and years of information and data and statistics indicating that that particular argument was completely nonsensical… You know, aside from the fourty other states that Randy says do not exist. The states that have had laws like this for years, with hardly a “bloodbath” to speak of…
