90% of the bills, if not more, that come up on Capitol Hill are really about control, rather than whatever topic they are supposed to be addressing. At this point in America's history, we literally have a class of people who's sole profession and cause for existance is continuing their pursuit of power. Unfortunately, at the rate we are going, their insatiable desire for more and more power is going to drive this country straight into the ground, with them at the helm incessantly claiming how they are "helping" us.
God save us all from a government that wants to "help".

Of all the bills that have come down the pike, this one by far is the scariest of them.
Moreover, that it passed the House at all is frightening as well, that they are willing to destroy our economy, much like California did,to save the planet, which is a lost cause seeing we don't effect it. I find that last part the most arrogant of them all, that we humans, who have only been on the planet for what? - 500,000 years, and industrialized for the last 100 can do the harm they claim we have.
Rubbish, pure rubbish. This is about control, not the enviroment.
