I don't know exactly to what you refer, but presumably the business runs at least a slight profit, the workers get paid, the suppliers get paid, the truckers get paid, and trucking artificial rocks generates less terroristic greenhouse gas than trucking real rocks, which are damn heavy, especially in bunches.
