That said, it sitll opens up windows and opportunities for all manner of other things down the road - after all, if they are going to be paying for the repairs of these vehicles, should they not have a say in how these vehicles are produced? It is a whole lot less-bad than giving the most money to the most mismanaged companies. Least bad isn't the same thing as good. though.
