It appears as though BlogRolling might, possibly, maybe be fully operational again. There are still copious amounts of bugs running about their system, and I, personally, hate the new interface, but at least it is letting me add and delete entries from my blogrolls now.
Regarding this site’s blogroll, there were additions, and there were subtractions, and like the fool I am, I did not keep records of either. So, if you are added, you are over there on the right, and if not, drop me a line and I will see what I can do about smacking BlogRolling into letting me add you. The requirements for my blogroll are relatively simple – a good start is linking to me, but, apart from that, be someone I read on a daily basis (or would like to), or someone I would want to direct traffic towards. If you cannot figure out the subrequirements for those two bullets, take a look at who is already on the rolls.
Regarding the Unorganized Militia Propaganda Corps blogroll, it, too, is back up and running, and the original code(s) still seem to work:
Javascript:
<script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="http://rpc.blogrolling.com/display.php?r=0f962d4053d3a8a0f75f7de9988c84ac">

If you would like to be added to this blogroll, the requirements are simple. First, post the blogroll, in its entirety, somewhere on your site, preferrably on the front/main page. Feel free to use any of the above four formats, but you are on your own if you want to use the last three. If you want to use the first one, and have it come out looking something like mine over there on the right, give the below a shot:
<a href="http://daysofourtrailers.blogspot.com/2008/05/unorganized-militia-propaganda-corps.html" target="_blank">
<img style="border:none;" height="125" width="125" alt="Unorganized Militia Propaganda Corps" src="http://www.wallsofthecity.net/images/umpc-1.gif" /><script language="javascript" type="text/javascript" src="http://rpc.blogrolling.com/display.php?r=0f962d4053d3a8a0f75f7de9988c84ac">
Once you have the blogroll up and visible, drop me an email at “linoge (at) wallsofthecity (dot) net”, and I will check out your site and add you. It is that simple.
The only requirement, as put down by Thirdpower (the grand orchestrator of this whole shindig) is that there can be no “racist crap” on your webpage for it to be included in the blogroll. Apart from that, it does not hurt to be pro-self-defense, pro-rights, and pro-America, and have an interest in ensuring that the Constitutionally-protected natural rights of self-defense and self-preservation are continued and defended.
For those people who have sent me emails concerning the UMPC blogroll while BlogRolling was down, I will do my best to sift through my records and add you, but please drop me another note, just to be sure.
Oh, and as a final comment, you will probably note that all links clicked in blogrolls hosted by BlogRolling now open in framed windows, with advertisements at the top of the screen. I am no more fond of this new development than you are, but there is a way out. You, the user of the UMPC blogroll, have three choices: (1) deal with the advertisements, (b) find a better blogroll hosting/serving system that does not use advertisements, but is simple for everyone to use, or (III) hit the “donate” image off to the left, and help pay for a “full”, no-advertisement account at BlogRolling. The choice is yours.
