Currently, Tennessee state code discriminates against those who want to simultaneously be lawfully equipped to adequately defend themselves, and purchase and eat a meal in a public location that just happens to also serve alcohol for consumption.
Right now, lawmakers in Nashville are working on an arrangement that would only discriminate against those people if they want to do their eating late at night… you know, when some crimes tend to happen the most.
