		<description>Well, the disposal depends on states, too, if I am not mistaken.  Kalifornistan reqiured you to fork over megabucks to dispose of old CRT monitors when you were done with them, but I am not sure if Tennessee has the same rules.
Either way, if you just need a clunky old monitor, paying by the inch is not a bad way to procure them :).
I doubt it, about the keyboards... they were probably referring to the few &quot;multimedia&quot;-type keyboards they had out on the shelves.
