After three months of shopping around, and two months of being on Brownells' backorder list, a lower parts kit for B.O.M.B.E.R. finally made it to me today. Unfortunately, this kit was not ordered by way of Brownells, but instead came...

So I admit it - I did not finish this particular news article. I got as far as the blockquote below (all of two paragraphs into the reporting), and fell out of my chair laughing: As gun sales shoot up...

Ok, so I have spent a fair bit of time researching various options online, and I have come to the conclusion that the upper package for B.O.M.B.E.R. is going to come from the good folks at Del-Ton Inc. More specifically,...

national ammo day

For those of you who were not already aware, today is National Ammo Day - an ammo BUYcott. I am not sure I agree with making an already hard-to-come by product even more sparse, and thus possibly driving up prices,...

Thanks for the second suggestion, Steve - I have an email in to them, and will hopefully hear back soon.
Pistolero, I feel your pain - kind of. I waited on the uppers until the day after the election, and then they were all sold out online. I called my local toy shop, and they had 10 when I called. I showed up, and they had six. After I left, they were down to four. They must be loving the business, but it is kind of overshadowed by the fact that it might have a very hard wall at the end...

I almost got one of the DPMS ARs in .308, but it looked like I was gonna have to take a number and get in line. Waiting to get a semi-auto rifle was not the smartest thing I could have done this year.

Wish I could get a White Oak barrel, but after having an email conversation with John, it does not appear as though he is interested in my business. Currently eyeing something by CMMG or Olympic Arms - not sure, yet.

I just had an AR built.
Me and My AR-15
I've got a DPMS upper and a White Oak barrel. I'm not expert, but they work for me. And I'm quite proud of my little EBR.
Specs are here.
