keeping count

Well, I have just completed major move number 11 (not counting five to-and-from Georgia Tech moves) for my life, so you will have to forgive my posting infrequency over the next few days. The brown boxes of doom are currently taking over the apartment, and no matter how you rearrange them, they never seem to take up less space, or decrease in number. Better Half and I are just happy we have a fully-functional washer and dryer in the apartment now (and fairly nice front-loading devices at that), though I cannot say as though I am impressed with a ceiling light fixture that blew out a new fluorescent bulb on its second activation. Such is the apartment life, I suppose.

Oh, yeah, and particle-board furniture may be crap, but at least it fits in a hatcback in its box, and it is damned easy to build.

One of my friends got so tired of moving he bought a house! :-)

No worries, Better Half and I are definitely working on that idea, and we are definitely not looking forward to having to move again in the forseeable future. Just one of those things, though.
