		<description>Oh, I will not knock that it seems to do its job fairly well, especially considering the environments it operates in, and the skill (or not) of its users.  I just never before had the chance to see exactly &lt;em&gt;why&lt;/em&gt; it developed the stereotype.  High-speed cameras &lt;em&gt;goood&lt;/em&gt;.
