Apologies for the recent downtime this webpage suffered... DreamHost had to move me to a separate shared server to do some experimentation as to why GoogleBots are going crazy on this webpage, and the DNS servers took a little while to catch up with the IP move. Things seem to be functioning normally again, so have at it!

Maybe those same GoogleBots have been shutting down blogs by flagging them as SPAM? Google has so many activist Green-weenies and Obabamessiah followers, sometimes I wonder how much George Soros has invested in them...

No matter where I look, I just can't find anything that comes close to beating the @*#&@#'s when it comes to search. SIGH

Well, to be fair, it now seems as though weblogs on all sides of the political fences are being flagged and shut down. Personally, I think someone just developed a script that goes through and flags all Blogger weblogs, just to screw with the system some. That said, some of Google's stances on things these days (like, you know, privacy) are a little disturbing.
And only partially-yay Dreamhost - their initial solution was to put me on and charge me for a private server. It took some convincing for them to take the time for the experimentation, even though I think I found the cause of the problem. Anywise, yeah, at the moment, Google is pretty much unbeatable - sucks, don't it?
