Their accuracy is pretty bad, granted, but they are not at all concerned about bystanders, backstops, or anything rational or responsible like that.  We, as law-abiding concealed-carry permit holders, have to concern ourselves with that, so no spray-and-pray for us.  For them, it is all about speed, image, and psychology...

Those guys practice more than I do, but they also suck a lot worse. How hard is it to use the sights? Guess I should be glad.
The hardest part is always the decision to shoot. They have the advantage there for sure.
