And, in addition to the &quot;no-knock&quot; problem, the last I paid attention to international law, when one country&#039;s military forces conducted unauthorized operations and killed people on another country&#039;s soil, that amounted to an &lt;em&gt;act of war&lt;/em&gt;.
Of course, you know what would help with this kind of situation, as well as most of the other problems associated with Mexico?  A fenced, defended border.  But no one seems willing to commit to either of the aforementioned options.
