Well, see, my “trackback service provider” is… well… me. Movable Type handles all comments and trackbacks internal to each individual weblog, so if something is broken (which I assume it is), it is the fault of the author (namely, me).
With that said, and with the help of this post, I should have fixed the throttling bug. Basically, I get nailed with a lot of trackback spam every day, and eventually Movable Type says “Screw it” and stops taking anything. I think your pings just get lost in that “screw it” mode.
Sorry about this, and I hope it is fixed.

I hate it when my computer has been off, and some stupid provider tells me that I’m pinging too quickly! You are my first, D. Except for Linkfest…lol. Oh well. I’ll try again later.
