It's the <a href="http://www.eagleindustries.com/prd_detail.asp?ProdID=388&CatID=45&SubCatID=18" rel="nofollow">Eagle Shooting Mat</a>. I just use it as a mat and not as a case, but I wrap it around the hard plastic in which I carry the Garand.
