So I was idly wandering around the ‘net, taking a look at some 1911 forums floating out there, and happened to stumble across this blog. It is somewhat single-minded in its purpose and topic, but there is something to be said for that kind of determination, and the ability to keep writing it for posts and posts on end (though there appears to be no shortage of relevant – and somewhat disturbing – situations to write about). Well, regardless, scrolling down, I found this post. Kind of an odd situation he is writing about, since I figured a concealed firearm permit was all the "authorization by law" necessary to … well … carry your weapon in a concealed manner. I guess I am just not as legalese-savvy as I should be. I mean, having certain locations (police offices, places of worship, financial institutions, etc.) prohibited within the realm of the concealed carry law makes sense, but this new arrangement… I definitely believe it is the company’s rights to dictate what it is that goes on within their respective properties (assuming private ownership of the property – something I firmly believe in), but they really should be prepared for the incoming backlash. Regardless, one of the comments in response to his post struck me as a challenge, so here is the original sign:

… and here is my slightly modified version:

… yeah, I was bored. Of course, there really is not too much of a difference between the two signs, so it did not take me a whole lot of time to accomplish the edit. I mean, the message is the same, right?
