where did the word “wiki” come from anywise?

Wow, it has been a long time since I saw this screen. 

First off, let me be clear.  This is not a real post.  I have not returned to posting on this blog.  There will be another long gap of non-posting-ness after this particular one. 

This post is simply to announce the existance of the TDZKwiki on my webspace.  This wiki is the (un)official source and repository for all lore and canonical roleplaying information concerning the online, browser-based, textual game known as TDZK.  It is a loosely-organized mass of players’ stories, information straight from the administrators, and wild speculation, and due to its wiki nature, I disavow myself entirely of anything contained within it.  Except the good stuff. 

Anywise, if you are really bored one day, there is actually some relatively decent stuff in there to read.  And, due to its very nature, it is growing on a daily basis.  Of course, if you are really bored, you could actually start playing the game it is affiliated with (again, TDZK - odd name, I know), though I would offer two words of caution.  One, it is completely mindless, and it sucks people in.  Two, the current "round" will be coming to a close within the next month.  The next one promises to be a complete remodeling of everything within the game, so it might be a wise idea to hold off on playing until that one is released, otherwise you will get used to this "old" version, and then become very, very confused. 

So, like I said, this post is nothing more than a shameless plea for attention.  I will be back for real when I am back for real, and that is not now.  Later!
